Detoxify your system w/Strawberry tea [every day], green tea [twice weekly] and Ginger tea [3xs/week]. EAT GROUND TURKEY BURGERS AND USE ALMOND MILK.
Empower, Re nourish, & slenderize your system w/fresh Turnip, collard, Kale, Mustard & Spinach greens by blending/juicing daily. Pick any 2 greens [or more] add lemon &/or lime juice, a stalk of celery, a red &/or green apple, &/or pineapple and a carrot and blend it up twice a day. (Add a tablespoon of brown sugar if you must.) After 2 weeks you won’t need the injections any more. C W/YOUR DOCTOR B4 QUITTING!

OMT: The farmers feed the remnants of the cow to the chickens. Chickens will eat anything. Turkeys will not. Brine/marinate/soak/bleach any chicken you cook w/SEA Salt and lemon juice, overnight IN THE FRIDGE. (Loose the table salt.) EAT MORE TURKEYS.
I agree with the breast milk but women do not get it. As my children (now parents) use to say “cow milk is for calfs and mother`s milk is for babies. Of course they were parroting their mother.True to themselves and our family tradition, we are on the fourth generation of breast fed children. All of the grandchildren are happy and happy. Remember, we get out fat cells when we are infants. Breast milk has healthy fats that the infant can absorbed. This is something cow milk does not have. Unfortunately, many wanabee mothers are not willing to make the sacrifice and neither are the fathers. Michelle Obama, our first LADY has been trying to tell us something when she started to grow her families food and promote breast feeding. And if you do not believe her, all you really have to do is loo her two wonderful daughters. By the way salt is sodium and so is sea salt sodium and both must be used in moderation.
Refined carbohydrates (white sugar and bleached flour), high meat consumption, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, and not eating enough fresh produce, whole grains, and nuts is why diabetes is running rampant, especially in the African-American community.
